Job Summary

This role supports key HR and administrative functions for lecturer management, including payroll, recruitment, and training coordination. This role ensures smooth lecturer operations through organised, compliant, and collaborative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll:

Process monthly payroll for approximately 300 staff.

Recruitment & On-boarding:

  • Post job ads and screen applications.
  • Schedule interviews and manage onboarding, including orientation and system access.

Personnel File Management:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential lecturer records.
  • Ensure documentation is current and compliant.
  • Update databases regularly.

Academic Collaboration:

  • Work with departments to register new programs and lecturers.
  • Manage module approval workflows.

Training & Events:

  • Schedule professional development for lecturers.
  • Support department meetings with agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Organise events, including logistics and equipment setup.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration).
  • Experience in recruitment, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite. (Payroll-Timesoft)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
