Our client, a well-known company, is looking for candidates for the Payroll and Admin Executive (4 months contract) position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage monthly payroll processing for Singapore and Malaysia employees.
  • Generate and verify monthly sales commission data for payroll inclusion for both countries.
  • Support payroll administration and prepare payroll reports for both Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, SOCSO, EPF, PCB) and liaise with payroll vendors or Finance as needed.
  • Maintain and update Human Resource Information System (HRIS) records.
  • Ensure all HR practices and payroll processes comply with local employment laws and statutory requirements in both countries.
  • Address employee payroll-related queries with accuracy and discretion.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Available to start immediately and commit for the full 4-month duration.
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on payroll experience, with familiarity in both Singapore and Malaysia payroll requirements.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
  • Strong understanding of statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, EPF, SOCSO, PCB).
  • High attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, perform multiple tasks, and handle confidential data with integrity.
  • Experience in a multi-location business environment (retail/warehouse/office) is a plus.
