HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE

  1. Processing monthly payrolls through 3rd party vendor, in an outsource arrangement ensuring that Payroll is processed on timely and accurately basis.
  2. Provide day to day operation supports and responds to employee queries within the Service Level agreement timeline.
  3. Work closely with internal parties HR, Tax, Treasury and Statutory reporting requests with high quality, professional and timely responses.
  4. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
  5. Maintain proper payroll documentation on each process step.
  6. Working closely with external outsourced vendor, review monthly payroll journals prepared and payroll related reconciliations are performed correctly and timely.
  7. Prepare and review schedules in support of internal and external audit process and requirements.
  8. Answer any queries from yearly financial audit on payroll related accounts and government bodies on payroll audit queries.
  9. Assist in government survey related to Payroll information.
  10. Ensure all processes are fully met in line with company guidelines and support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
  11. Provide backup support to assigned countries.
  12. To perform any additional task assigned by manager on any payroll related project and issues.

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING

  1. Minimum 5 years of payroll related work experience.
  2. Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
  3. Outstanding oral communication, analytical and written skills.
  4. Experience with Workday, Ceridian Dayforce and Coupa.
  5. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel to include pivot tables and V-look up functions.
  6. Excellent time management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively with internal partners.
  7. Demonstrate Self-initiative in understanding and learning Payroll regulation of local countries.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
