We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Assistant to join our finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Process end-to-end payroll for employees in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.
Maintain payroll records, handle statutory submissions and ensure timely salary payments.
Address payroll-related queries and coordinate with HR on employee changes and updates.
Support accounts payable functions including invoice processing, payment runs and vendor reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records for both payroll and AP functions and support audits and month-end closings.
Provide general support for finance and HR administration as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of solid payroll experience (multi-country payroll experience is a plus).
Familiarity with statutory payroll requirements and systems (e.g. CPF, IRAS if Singapore-based).
Experience in accounts payable processes including invoice and payment handling.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel.
Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or HR-related field preferred.
