Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a System Analyst to analyze Java-based applications, bridge business and technical requirements, and contribute to payment systems projects across architecture and end-to-end flows.

You will review source code, write SQL queries, and develop high-quality technical documentation while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective solution delivery, adherence to functional requirements, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in system or technical analysis within the banking industry.
• Experience across the full SDLC with medium to large-scale implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear documentation ability.
• Vendor management experience.
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in project planning and managing small teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical Analysis of payment solutions projects, covering system architecture, requirements, and flows.
• Develop and review technical specifications and design documents.
• Work with cross-functional teams on solution, functional, and technical design across project phases.
• Propose alternative solutions to improve performance and meet business needs.
• Vendor management, facilitate quality reviews, and ensure deliverables meet project standards.
• Review test strategies and plans for Unit Testing, System Testing, SIT, and UAT; support testing phases.
