Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills for modelling and data analysis
• Strong PowerPoint skills with clear visual storytelling
• Ability to perform structured variance analysis and explain drivers/trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Support strategic initiatives and financial goals by tracking progress, surfacing risks, and proposing practical next steps.
• Build strategic and financial presentations for management meetings, business reviews, and senior leadership forums.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate responses to local regulatory requests and governance needs.
• Collaborate with Planning & Analysis partners to deliver timely analytics, financial results, and forecasts.
• Analyze revenue performance by conducting gap and variance analysis on key drivers and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Connect with partners across lines of business to understand priorities and identify ways to drive shared outcomes.
• Strengthen the risk and control agenda by supporting controls-focused routines, documentation, and issue follow-up.
• Provide proactive operational support to the broader payments management team to keep priorities moving forward.
