Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support daily payment processing across local and cross-border rails.
• Monitor payment queues and ensure timely processing of customer transactions.
• Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, or rejected transactions.
• Coordinate payment execution with banking partners and payment providers.
• Perform daily reconciliation between banking platforms, internal payment systems and customer wallets.
• Assist with invoice validation and payment verification.
