Overview

OFSS Consulting is part of Financial Services Global unit and provides a variety of consulting services covering new implementations, upgrades, customization and Managed services for a variety of Industry leading products like FLEXCUBE, DIGIX – Oracle Digital Banking experience, Analytics, Pricing and Billing, Leasing and Lending and Oracle Banking Products covering Retail, Corporate, Investment and Wealth banking domains.

As a Junior Payments Business Analyst, the resource will have to support the development and enhancement of payment systems and digital banking platforms. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse payment workflows, and prepare a detailed requirement document. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in financial services and a keen interest in payment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements for payment solutions (e.g., FAST, PayNow, SWIFT, cross-border payments)
• Analyze current payment processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners in agile teams.
• Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payment regulations across APAC countries.
