Job description

Overview: Lead the development and management of global payment partnerships to enhance the deposit and withdrawal experience for users across key markets, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Europe.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, payment gateways, and e-wallet providers in target regions such as India, MENA, and SEA.
  • Analyze payment failures to identify root causes and implement solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Design and implement robust anti-fraud strategies while continuously monitoring risk metrics.
  • Localize payment solutions by integrating region-specific methods (e.g., Mada in KSA, UPI in India, leading e-wallets in SEA).
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of compliant payment APIs, adhering to FX and AML regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-border payment solutions, with a focus on emerging markets.
  • Deep expertise in payment gateway technologies, foreign exchange settlement, and risk management.
  • Proven success in payment integration projects within MENA and SEA regions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Southeast Asian languages is a strong advantage
