Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking an administrative front-desk staff member in Singapore to handle patient registrations, payments, and admissions-related counselling.

The role requires coordinating with various hospital units to secure bed availability and SOC appointments for EMD patients while ensuring prompt document handling and inventory replenishment. Candidate should have at least Nitec or higher and be capable of providing excellent customer service while working across 3 shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or higher required.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries.
• Collect payment/deposits and provide financial counselling for admissions.
• Liaise with Bed Management Unit for bed acquisition for EMD patients.
• Arrange SOC appointments for EMD patients.
• Sort documents for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO).
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and relatives.
• Replenish inventory when stock is low.
