• Register and admit patients at frontline.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Assist with self-registration and guide patients.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
• Provide financial counselling support when required.
• Attend to patient inquiries in person and by phone.
• Perform general administrative duties and support the team.
