Responsibilities

• Handle registration and appointment-related administrative duties.
• Process billing and respond to billing-related enquiries.
• Receive and handle blood and stool samples following established procedures.
• Print and attach barcodes to received samples.
• Perform accurate data entry of patient details into the system.
• Verify information and ensure records are complete and accurate.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
