Job summary

A leading healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Associate to manage patient appointments, queries, and support clinic operations. This role requires at least 1 year's experience, strong communication skills, and a service-oriented attitude. The successful candidate will ensure a clean and welcoming environment while dispensing medicine and coordinating with physicians. Candidates must be willing to work rotating shifts including weekends. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and will consider on individual merits.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to communicate in English via online, phone, and walk-ins.
  • Pleasant personality and service-oriented.

Job Description
  • Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (either by phone, email or walk-in).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas.
  • Dispense medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to TCM physician’s prescription.
  • Account for medicine dispensed according to SOP.
  • Work with Clinic Coordinator to spearhead operations within the clinic.
  • Deliver quality, safe and cost-effective service to patients and TCM physicians.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD.
Job Requirement
  • At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare setting
  • Ability to communicate in English via online, phone and walk-ins
  • Pleasant personality and service oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Team player
  • 5 days work week by roster, including weekends
  • Candidate must be willing and able to work on rotating shifts
