Patient Service Officer (Front Desk) – Ang Mo Kio, Tampines & Jurong
Location: | Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 44 hours per week (Shift Work)

Key Responsibilities:
️ Front Desk & Appointment Management
  • Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and confirmations
  • Register new patients and update existing records accurately
Patient Relations & Support
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients (including VIP referrals)
  • Provide clear information and guidance on clinic services and procedures
  • Resolve patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Follow up with patients via phone, email, or other platforms to ensure satisfaction
Administrative & Reporting
  • Maintain proper documentation of patient interactions and service logs
  • Compile and analyze patient satisfaction data and feedback reports
  • Ensure clinic records and systems are up-to-date and organized
  • Assist in service improvement initiatives by updating procedures and policies
