Job Description :

The Patient Service Associate provides quality frontline services to patients and their family members in a clinical setting, such as Specialist Outpatient Clinics. Core duties include patient registration, appointment bookings, medical records management, and cashiering. He/She also manages front-line patient relations, performs financial counselling, and assists medical professionals to facilitate care delivery. Ensure patient needs are attended to.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Front counter duties such as answering phone calls, processing patient registration, arranging doctor’s schedules, calling patients to remind them of appointments, and maintaining patient relations.
  2. General administrative duties including filing, updating patient database, mailing, and arranging courier services.
  3. Regular upkeep and maintenance of office equipment.
  4. Assisting the medical director and doctors.
  5. Supporting other areas as required by supervisor or Senior Management.
  6. Complying with all directives from Senior Management and promoting the interests of the company and related facilities.
  7. Maintaining current certifications, licenses, or authorizations required for the role.
  8. Providing services necessary for the efficient management of the company and related facilities.
  9. Conducting oneself professionally and diligently in the best interest of the company.
  10. Performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Manager or their nominee.
