As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide excellent reception service and attend to enquiries over the counter

• Register the cases and appointments

• Provide financial counseling to the patients and caregivers

• Handle billing matters such as cashiering

• Submit claims such as application of Medisave/private integrated insurance plans

• Other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• At least GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ level with relevant customer service experience
