• Able to work rotating and weekend shifts.

About The Role:

• Attend to patients' enquiries over the counter to provide information on hospital/clinic services.
• Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.
• Assist in making appointments and rescheduling for the patients.
• Assist doctors and nurses in basic clinical tasks when required.
• Perform daily payment billings and accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
