Job summary

A leading healthcare institution is seeking a customer service representative to deliver excellent frontline services. Responsibilities include patient registration, appointment scheduling, cashiering, and administrative support, suitable for candidates with a diploma or GCE ‘O’ Level and relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • 2 years' relevant experience in customer service or healthcare.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
  • Able to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Provide customer service including registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Conduct cashiering and financial counselling to patients.
