The role requires at least a GCE 'N' Level qualification, with preference for candidates who have work experience in customer service or healthcare.

• May be required to perform alternate Saturday half day duty.

Job description:

You will assist the doctors in the consultation rooms, when doctors review patients and/or provide treatments to patients. You will also be required to facilitate the patients' visits by scheduling appointments, completing billing transactions and attending to patients' enquiries.
