Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be the ambassador of the organisation for providing excellent patient service to our customers and shall be responsible to:

  • Perform collection of payment for patients
  • Conduct financial counselling for patients
  • Perform admission, transfer and discharging procedures for patients
  • Filing of patient records
  • Obtain appointment for patients
  • Replenishing inventory when stock is low
  • Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

The Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
  • Computer literacy in internet, email and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
  • Strong passion to serve the patients
  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays ( Work hours are from 9am to 6.25pm, 5 day work-week including Sat)
  • Previous experience in healthcare setting is an advantage
