The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting claims to relevant authorities and insurance providers, performing billing duties including generating and sending invoices, and checking patient bills for accuracy and completeness. Additionally, you will investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries, collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless billing processes, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with at least 2 years’ working experience, preferably in an administrative role
  • Proficient in IT data tools/ information system. Prior experience and knowledge of Microsoft
  • Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP would be an added advantage.
  • Service oriented and customer focused.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
