Qualifications

  • Willing to work morning, afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries.
  • Collect payment/deposits and provide financial counselling for admissions.
  • Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds.
  • Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments.
  • Sort documents for dispatch to Medical Records Office.
  • Extend excellent customer service to patients and relatives.
  • Replenish inventory when stock is low.
