  • Provide good customer service and general administrative duties of the clinic.
  • Perform clinical tasks such as visual acuity tests, ECG, and room assisting.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the clinic and attend to patient registrations.

Job description

  • Location: Novena (near MRT)

  • 5.25 work day / Office Hours + Rostered to do 1 full Sunday every 6 weeks.

  • Salary up to $2,700 + AWS + Variable bonus

  • Good benefits and working culture

  • 1 year renewable / convertible contract

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide good customer services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre.

  • Perform clinical tasks include visual acuity tests, uroflowmetry assisting, venepuncture, ECG, room assisting in doctors’ consultation room etc

  • Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.

  • Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line.

  • Provide financial counselling to patients

  • Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate Min "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma in any field.

  • Candidates with 1 - 2 year of customer service, retail, cashiering experiences

  • Applicants with experiences in the healthcare industry an advantage.

  • Good communication skills and able to work in a fast pace environment.

  • Open to work overtime and deployment.
