A prestigious healthcare organization is seeking a Patient Service Associate to deliver friendly and efficient customer service in a clinic setting. You will play a vital role in ensuring operational readiness, managing patient schedules, and providing assistance to the clinic service manager. The suitable candidate should have at least an 'O' Level or Diploma, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ensure clinic’s operational readiness
• Register patients and schedule appointments accordingly
• Perform billing function, attend to and manage patients’ enquiries
• Contacting and ensuring patients are prepared for appointments
• Assist clinic service manager in administrative duties
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least “O” Levels/Diploma
• Proficient in computer skills
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed
