A leading healthcare provider is hiring a Patient Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth clinic operations. The role involves registering patients, managing appointments, and providing administrative support in a hospital environment. Ideal candidates will be proactive, possess good communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly and efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all internal and external customers / patients, with the key aim of providing excellent patient care and satisfaction
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure clinic’s operational readiness
Register patients and schedule appointments accordingly
Perform billing function, attend to and manage patients’ enquiries
Contacting and ensuring patients are prepared for appointments
Assist clinic service manager in administrative duties
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least “O” Levels/Diploma
Proficient in computer skills
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed
