Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform front desk duties such as attending to patients’ registration, crowd control, answering phone calls for appointments, addressing questions, and assisting the doctor’s needs.
  • Dispense medication.
  • Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims, and other documentation.
  • Assist the Clinic Manager in her responsibilities towards the overall performance of the clinic with support from the Operations Department.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee and establish inventory standards for medications, supplies, and equipment. Conduct stock-taking and ordering of stocks.
  • Maintain the clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, independent, and adaptable to change
  • PC/computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and a good team player
  • 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
  • Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role
