Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk duties such as attending to patients’ registration, crowd control, answering phone calls for appointments, addressing questions, and assisting the doctor’s needs.
- Dispense medication.
- Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims, and other documentation.
- Assist the Clinic Manager in her responsibilities towards the overall performance of the clinic with support from the Operations Department.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee and establish inventory standards for medications, supplies, and equipment. Conduct stock-taking and ordering of stocks.
- Maintain the clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated, independent, and adaptable to change
- PC/computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and a good team player
- 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
- Candidates with more experience may be appointed to a senior role
