Job description

Job Description:

  1. Perform frontline duties involving registration, appointment scheduling as well as cashiering.

  2. Attend to patient enquiries over the counter to provide information on clinic services.

  3. Update patient registration information and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.

  4. Provide quality customer service to patients.

  5. Assist in all day-to-day administrative duties.

  6. Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.

  7. Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Min N/O level and above.

  2. No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided.
