Job description

1. Perform registration, billing and payment collection, and assist in prescription processing to ensure seamless operation of Pharmacy and ensure wait time targets are met.

2. Perform a variety of patient service activities and services to ensure that the patients and members of the public are attended to promptly and courteously.

3. Assist in training of staff on registration, payment collection, and billing procedures.

4. Maintain timely and accurate records of patients’ information.

5. Assist Pharmacist in the maintenance of pharmacy work area and patient records.

6. Any other duties assigned by Pharmacist.
