Key Responsibilities:

Counter Registration

  1. Perform patient registration and verify relevant documents.
  2. Conduct the triage process, including screening and measuring and recording patient’s height, weight, and blood pressure.
  3. Provide clear instructions to patients regarding consultation and intervention processes.
  4. Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments.
  5. Manage wait time and keep patients updated in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure clinic facilities are ready for operation.

Consultation Room

  1. Provide administrative support to clinicians during consultations as required.
  2. Assist in scoring the assessment forms and accurately tabulate assessment results.
  3. Ensure documents and assessments are properly organized and scanned into the system.
  4. Ensure assessment tools and kits are cleaned and disinfected.

Appointment Matters

  1. Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first and follow-up appointments for patients.
  2. Coordinate and follow-up on referrals.
Key Requirements:
  1. Minimum “N” Level.
  2. Experience in the healthcare or service-related industry preferred.
  3. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
