Join a leading healthcare provider in Singapore as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires registering patients, handling payments, and providing excellent service while liaising with various departments. Ideal candidates will possess GCE 'N' Levels and have a passion for serving patients, with strong communication skills.
40 hours per week;
AM > 7:45am-4:45pm
PM >12:15pm-9:15pm
NIGHT > 9pm-8am; 1Rest Day; 1 PM; 2 Night Shifts
Responsibilities
Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries
Collect payment/ deposits and provide Financial Counselling for admissions
Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's(EMD) patients
Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO)
Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives
Replenish inventory when stock is low
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'N' Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
Strong passion to serve the patients
Willing to work morning, afternoon and overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
