Patient Service Associate

Admissions & Service Centre, Established Local Hospital
2-Year Contract | Office Hours (Shift in Future)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a Patient Service Associate to be the frontline of their Admissions & Service Centre, helping patients with registration, admissions, and financial counseling. You’ll guide patients and caregivers through the process with empathy, professionalism, and clarity, making their healthcare journey smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers with accuracy
  • Provide financial counseling to patients, including CPF, Medisave, insurance, and bill estimation guidance
  • Assist patients and families with forms, subsidy schemes, and payment options
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Maintain accurate data in hospital systems and uphold patient confidentiality
  • Deliver friendly, timely, and professional service to all walk-in and referred patients
Requirements
  • Minimum ITE / O-Level qualification
  • Preferably Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of CPF, Medisave, and insurance frameworks
  • Strong communication skills and a warm service mindset
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment
  • Flexible and open to future shift-based work schedules
Working Hours

Current (Office Hours):

  • Mon–Fri: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Sat: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday: Off
    If rostered on Saturday, you will get a weekday off and end Friday at 6:00pm. Otherwise, Friday ends at 5:30pm.

Future (Shift-Based – Integrated General Hospital):

  • Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm or 11:00am – 8:00pm
  • Sat & PH: 8:00 am – 5:00pm
  • One weekday and Sunday off
    Working hours may change based on operational needs. Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only.
