Job Responsibilities:

• Guide patients in their care journey and address their queries and concerns
• Assist patients with their appointment needs such as registration, appointment booking and financial counselling
• Assist patients prior and during clinical procedures and care processes, such as providing relevant information to patients regarding tests ordered by the care provider; and preparing patients for physical examination
• Assist clinicians in the consultation room to assist patients

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / A level / Higher Nitec & Nitec / GCE O or N level
