At the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS), a leading national and regional tertiary cancer centre, our Clinic Operations team plays an important role in supporting patients and their families, and providing the best patient care experience by ensuring the patient care journey is smooth and seamless.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Guide patients in their care journey and address their queries and concerns.
  • Assist patients with their appointment needs such as registration, appointment booking, and financial counselling.
  • Assist patients prior to and during clinical procedures and care processes, such as providing relevant information to patients regarding tests ordered by the care provider, and preparing patients for physical examination.
  • Assist clinicians in the consultation room to support patients.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma / A level / Higher Nitec & Nitec / GCE O or N level.
  • No healthcare experience needed; full training will be provided.
