Job description

• Assist in the daily operations of specialist outpatient clinic
• Attend to walk-in patients and phone calls
• Appointment booking for patients
• Handle patient's registration and data entry
• Collection of payment from patients
• Handle insurance claims and accounting
• General administrative duties in the clinic, as assigned by the clinic manager
• Perform vision test e.g visual acuity (training provided)
