Patient Service Associate: Telemedicine @ Pico Centre

Shift Expectations:

  • Day Shift: 07:45 – 17:45 hrs

  • Night Shift: 12:30 – 22:30 hrs

    Timings are rostered, but 44h per week Mon to Sun (staggered. e.g. 8/815/830 start each shift is 9 hours)

We're seeking a dedicated Patient Service Associate to support our telemedicine operations and ensure seamless patient care. In this vital role, you'll be the bridge between our patients and our innovative healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient data and verify information for each telemedicine visit

  • Maintain patient records in compliance with PDPA regulations

  • Pack and dispense medications prescribed during online consultations

  • Ensure accurate medication packing

  • Coordinate with operations team and delivery partners for timely medication delivery

  • Process insurance information and handle payments

  • Perform timely billing in the clinic systems and insurance portals

  • Assist in responding professionally to doctors and patients’ queries and concerns

  • Assist in inventory management for clinic supplies and medications

  • Support the Team Lead in operational tasks and inventory management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare administration or pharmacy settings preferred

  • Familiarity with medications and healthcare regulations preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working with multiple software platforms

  • Commitment to healthcare innovation and patient experience
