Job summary

National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) invites applications for a Clinic Operations role. You will guide patients through their care journey, assist with registrations, appointment bookings, and financial counselling, and help prepare patients for procedures.

The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospital environment. Full training is provided to new staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma / A level / Higher Nitec & Nitec / GCE O or N level is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients in their care journey and address their queries and concerns.
• Assist patients with appointment needs such as registration, appointment booking and financial counselling.
• Assist patients before and during clinical procedures and care processes, e.g. providing information to patients regarding tests and preparing for examinations.
• Assist clinicians in the consultation room to support patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist patients prior and during clinical procedures and care processes, such as providing relevant information to patients regarding tests ordered by the care provider; and preparing patients for physical examination
• Assist clinicians in the consultation room to assist patients

• No healthcare experience needed, full training will be provided
