Working Summary:

  • 8am – 5pm (Mon- Friday) / 8am -12.30pm (Sat)

  • Basic Up to $2,700

  • Nearest MRT Outram

Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic session updates in the system and coordinate with various stakeholders to handle patient appointment scheduling.

  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support clinic operations.

  • Consistently meet quality standards and achieve departmental KPIs on a monthly basis.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of administrative accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline

  • 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry

  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
