• Expected salary: $2,000 - $3,500 per month

We are seeking a Patient Service Associate who speaks and writes Japanese at a proficient level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support primarily to our clinic and patients in Singapore.

The Employee shall perform the following duties, including but not limited to:

• Answer phone calls and reply to customer enquiries.
• Making appointments and coordinating appointments.
• Register patients.
• Sending appointment reminders to patients.
• Prepare case notes and insurance claim forms.
• Assist in translating duties within and outside the clinic, facilitating communication between patients, clinic staff, doctors, and specialists.
• Handling Corporate and OTAI billing. Ensure billing details are correct.
• Handle OTAI claims.
• Liaise with OTAI for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).
• Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and radiology for billing.
• Ensure to follow up outstanding payments from corporate, OTAI, and self-payment patients.
• Maintain clinic facilities and supplies.
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of proper documentation.
• Perform cashier duties.
• Issuing petty cash expenses and managing claims.
• Training the new administrative / reception staff.
• Extend support in various administrative tasks within the clinic.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
