Qualifications

Are you passionate about assisting others and fostering a warm, welcoming environment? We are seeking an individual to serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, patients, and members of the public at HealthCity Novena Campus.

As a Patient Information Associate, you will pay a key frontline role. From greeting and guiding visitors, assisting with self-registration at kiosks or counters, to helping visitors find their way to inpatients wards. You will also provide directions around our campus, respond to general inquiries, and offer assistance at our counters. Additionally, you will help manage entry during non-visiting hours by clearly explaining our visiting policies.

Shift Hours:

This is a shift-based role where earliest staggering shifts starts as early as 7:30AM and the latest shift ends at 9:00PM, including weekends and Public Holidays; 5 days work week.

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid experience in a customer-facing role (experience in hospitality, service or retail an advantage);
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to remain calm, compose, clear and professional under pressure;
  • Reliable and proactive team player and values service excellence;
  • Proficient in working in a fast-paced environment under pressure;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
  • Adopt a problem-solver mindset to assist/resolve issues proactively and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimally NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Service Skills.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office applications) and IT-Savvy.
