Job summary

NATIONAL HEART CENTRE OF SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a healthcare support team member to assist patients with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and perform glucose checks. You will coordinate ward communications and assist with discharges and appointment scheduling.

The role requires basic qualifications and good communication abilities, with vaccination documentation as required by regulatory standards. Training and onboarding will be provided on joining the hospital team.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O/N Level or NITEC (Higher NITEC).
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support would be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Vaccination evidence as required by Healthcare Services Act (measles and diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis).

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with day-to-day activities.
• Take vital signs (heart rate, respiration, blood pressure).
• Perform capillary blood glucose checks.
• Coordinate calls between wards and next-of-kin.
• Facilitate discharges and arrange patient appointments.
