Location: Shaw Centre

Duration: 5-6 days per week, 8-9 hours per day

Pay: $3,000 - $3,200

Job Description:

• Prepare, bake, and assemble a variety of tartes with consistent quality, balanced flavours, and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with the pastry team to develop and test new and seasonal tart recipes.
• Manage mise en place, inventory, and daily tart production to meet demand efficiently.
• Decorate tartes with fresh fruits, glazes, creams, and garnishes to uphold presentation standards.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout production.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in pastry production or a similar role
• Able to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Able to commit to scheduled working hours, including weekends or holidays as needed
