Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new dessert menus and seasonal specials in collaboration with the Head Chef.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the pastry kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory and order ingredients to maintain stock levels.
  • Decorate pastries and desserts using modern techniques and traditional methods.
  • Maintain cost control and minimize food wastage.
  • Ensure all products meet the quality standards and presentation guidelines of the establishment.
  • Stay updated on trends in pastry and dessert arts.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role.
  • Culinary degree or diploma in pastry arts is preferred.
