What you'll do:

  • Handle viennoiserie and laminated doughs (croissants, pain au chocolat, etc.)
  • Produce pastries, cakes, and seasonal dessert offerings according to recipe
  • Contribute to menu creation and workflow setupYou should have:

  • A love for experimentation and precision
    Salary: $2,800–$3,800/month (depending on experience)
