Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry section of the kitchen.
- Ensure excellent quality in the production of pastry products
- Checks the quality of raw and baked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Applicants with Pastry & Baking Certificate, baking experience and passion for baking and decorating cakes preferred
- Able to produce all baked goods including but not limited to birthday cakes (prerequisite) , cupcakes, sponge cakes, mousse cakes, puff pastry, and etc.
- Positive attitude, team player, good communication & organizational skills
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
