Pastry Baker

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pastry & Bakery Artisanto join us. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily production tasks. We welcome individuals who are passionate about baking and pastry-making, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and bake items such as breads, cakes, and pastries following standardized recipes and guidelines.
2. Ensure all products are presented attractively and meet quality standards before serving or delivery.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and baking tools.
4. Follow recipes and portion guidelines precisely to ensure consistency in product quality.
5. Package finished pastries, breads, and desserts neatly for delivery or display.
6. Respond flexibly to additional orders from the outlet.
7. Manage the inventory of ingredients and products, ensuring that there are no shortages or excess.
8. Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
9. Execute daily tasks and special projects under the direction of the chef.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in baking, pastry arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: at least 3 years of experience for Baker / Pastry CDP.
• Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of Bread and pastry techniques and baking principles.
2. Experienced in production routine
3. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
4. Able to work on the weekends and PH if necessary.
5. Required to work early morning or at midnight.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
