Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers and assist with check-in and departure processes
Handle customer inquiries and provide support with travel documentation
Assist passengers with special needs and offer meet-and-greet services
Perform basic computer transactions and provide service in premier lounges
Job Requirement(s):
4 GCE ‘N’ level credits / 3 GCE ‘O’ level credits / NITEC or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, energetic, and willing to go the extra mile
