Join Our Team at Changi Airport!

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Passenger Service Agents to join our team at Changi Airport. As a key member of our passenger services team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our passengers receive exceptional service and support throughout their travel journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-in passengers: Verify identification and visa, issue boarding passes, and check luggage
  • Assist with luggage: Handle luggage, answer questions about weight and size restrictions, and ensure proper tagging and loading
  • Provide customer service: Respond to passenger inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about flights and airport services
  • Coordinate with airport staff: Work with other airport staff and airlines to ensure smooth flight operations
  • Follow security protocols: Adhere to airport security procedures, including checking passenger identification and screening for prohibited items
  • Departure gate handling including meeting services and assisting passengers with special needs

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Levels with a pass in English or equivalent: Minimum educational requirement
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and airport staff
  • Customer service experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Basic computer skills: Familiarity with computerized systems and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work rotating shifts: Availability to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, 6 days a week

Salary Range: $2000 to $2350 excluding OTs

  • Ensuring travel visa requirements are met
  • Ensuring valid travel documents for travel
  • Issuing boarding pass and baggage tags
  • Checking baggage
  • Collecting excess baggage charges
  • Providing travel and airport information
  • Greeting passengers
  • Ensuring a smooth departure process
  • Providing customer service
  • Handling meet/greet services
  • Performing basic computerized transactions
