STARLUX Airlines recherche un spécialiste des ventes basé à Singapour pour renforcer ses équipes. Ce poste impliquera des responsabilités variées allant de la gestion des comptes d'entreprise à l'assistance dans la planification des stratégies de vente. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience dans l'industrie du voyage, être autonome, et posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication et interpersonnelles.
STARLUX Airlines invites applications from qualified professionals for the Sales Specialist position, which will be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with the timely planning and implementing of sales strategies and programs.
2. Maintain relationships with existing agents and visit potential agents to prospect for new business.
3. Represent organization at product seminars to local agents.
4. Manage corporate accounts and key customers.
5. Acquire sales leads to promote awareness of STARLUX products; plan sales calls and submit sales call plans and reports.
6. Develop a network of contacts with the travel industry, corporations, local hotels, government officials, clubs, and schools.
7. Research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry.
8. Handle payment and expense reimbursement arrangements for joint campaigns with trade partners.
9. Liaise with Taiwan Headquarters’ revenue management team and relevant departments to launch activities per sales strategy plan.
10. Support digital marketing/online sales duties as necessary.
11. Perform related duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications
1. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering professional support services.
2. Communication and interpersonal effectiveness.
3. Problem-solving skills to overcome organizational challenges on people policies, issues, and conflicts.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

1. Is self-motivated, proactive, a multitasker and team player.
2. Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
3. Is reliable, independent and can bring positivity and energy to the team.
4. Has excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree and above in business management, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
Minimum two years’ experience in travel industry sales, marketing or communications.
