A leading airline company is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to build and sustain relationships with corporate clients while driving revenue and market growth. The successful candidate will organize events, analyze market data, and develop sales strategies, contributing significantly to the company's success in the aviation sector.
Corporate Account Management:
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients acting as the primary point of contact to drive revenue and business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
Develop and implement account strategies aligned with overall sales goals, including pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations
Conduct regular reviews with corporate accounts and ensure their commitment to the agreed targets
Maintain close collaboration with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) to support account growth and service delivery
Lead and participate in corporate RFP processes and negotiate agreements with both new and existing clients.
Event Planning & Client Engagement:
Plan and execute corporate engagement events to build brand recognition, foster relationships with key clients, and generate new leads
Organise and lead sales events such as workshops, conferences, and product launches to promote new products and services and strengthen relationships with the existing and potential clients
Sales Communication & Strategy:
Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate value propositions
Ensure all sales communications are aligned with the company’s brand identity and standards
Continuously refine communication strategies to improve client engagement and support revenue objectives
Market Analysis & Insights:
Perform detailed analysis of sales data to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to adapt sales strategies proactively
Use market insights to anticipate client needs and develop targeted, forward-looking sales approaches
Diploma in any discipline (experience in the aviation or travel industry is an advantage)
Strong interpersonal and communication skillswith the ability to build rapport across various levels
Proven commercial acumen and business awareness
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Skilled in negotiation and relationship management
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
