Role Definition

The Marketing Leader is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and go-to-market plans that strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and accelerate business growth

Responsibilities
• Leads the development of marketing plans that support key business initiatives.
• Develops and inspires a team; and translates business needs into actional work plans for team.
• Leads fields research and insights gathering to make informed decisions based on the unique needs of our customer and dealers.
• Integrates business plans with those of key cross-functional peer leaders to align activities across the enterprise.
• Prepares periodic business reviews and market assessment analysis to track results and improve business performance.
